Why do we offer a free 400 word article?
We think the best way for you to get a feel for how we write is to provide you with a completely free sample. We offer 400 words free with no strings attached. When we say it’s free, we mean it!
How do you claim a free 400 word article?
Just enter your email address in the purple box above – that’s all you need to do. Remember you can only request one free article!
How do I order?
To order, just hop over to our Order page, fill out the form and selection the options from the drop down boxes that apply to you. An order total will be calculated which you must then pay to complete the order. Alternatively you can just call us and place your order over the phone, or email an order to us; whatever works best for you!
How will the work be presented?
It’s up to you; we can present the work in TXT format, RTF format, or DOC format. Please indicate which format you’d like your work delivering in. If no format is indicated we’ll deliver the work in a Microsoft Word document. If you’re ordering more than one article, we’ll place the files in a ZIP file.
What form of English will the work be written in?
All work will be handed over in UK English. If you’d prefer the work to be delivered in US English, please inform us at the time of ordering so we can facilitate this requirement for you.
How will the work be delivered?
We’ll deliver your work to you via email, directly to your inbox. It’s imperative that you give us the correct email address, otherwise we can’t get the work to you!
How long does it take to deliver the work?
It depends on the size of the project – please see the turnaround times we’ve stated on our homepage for our packages. For customers ordering 20,000+ words, we’ll give you a custom turnaround time (often no more than 10 working days).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via PayPal. PayPal is a secure payment gateway. You do not need a PayPal account to pay us by PayPal, you can also use any major credit or debit card. We also accept payments via BACS (bank transfer), this facility is available to clients based in the UK. We can also accept IBAN transfers from clients outside of the UK, providing they’re made in GBP. All payments must be made prior to the work being completed: Unfortunately there can be no exceptions.
What’s your refund policy?
Unfortunately as all of our work is tailored to each customers needs, we cannot offer refunds. We will however perform edits and redrafts of all work until you’re 100% satisfied with it. We offer a completely free 400 word article for all clients, it’s a good idea to make use of this in order to gauge our writing tone and style.
